Healthy lifestyle is necessary to avoid cancer. Here are some healthy tips to avoid cancer.

1. Stop smoking
Smoking is the main cause of lung cancer and almost 30 percent became the cause of the occurrence of the other cancer kind. If smoking in the house it will cause all the occupant of the house to take part in inhaling this cigarette smoke, including children, and caused the respiratory tract illness.

2. Avoid the sunshine
